Key responsibilities will be to: * Set out the national, regional, and local policy and guidance context. * Set out any relevant legal context. * Set out the characteristics of current housing supply (including size, type, tenure, condition, price including rents, affordability, and income levels). * Set out the current role of different market and affordable tenures in the borough, including the private rented sector (type, size, price, and age). * Set out the overall future need (to 2041) using the standard methodology, with assessment of tenure split, size, and type. * Set out the overall future affordable housing need in the borough (to 2041) including tenure split, size, and type. * Set out the needs of housing for other groups including the specific groups identified in paragraph 62 of the NPPF.
