National Maritime Museum are seeking an experienced Principal Contractor to provide fit-out and refurbishment services for the Welcome Area of the Cutty Sark including (but not limited to): * joinery * metal work * graphic production and installation * decoration * AV hardware (installation only) * electrical works Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Indicative Procurement Schedule: - Open invitation to Tender: Thursday 5th December 2019 - Site visits followed by pre-tender meeting: Wednesday 18th December 2019 - Deadline for receipt of clarifications: Friday 10th January 2020 - Closing date for receipt of tenders: Tuesday 21st January 2020 (Midday) - Anticipated date for contract award: Tuesday 28th January 2020 - Anticipated kick-off meeting: w/c 10th February 2020
