Notice Description

The Contracting Authority (NHS Essex Integrated Care Board) has awarded a compliant Call-Off Contract to Wavenet Limited for provision of a Corporate and IT Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) Telephony service across Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (MSE ICB) and Brentwood Community Hospital (BCH) under the Crown Commercial Services Framework Network Services 3; Lot 4b: Digital Communication Services (Unified Communications) (CCS RM6116 - Lot 4b), in accordance with the Framework Guidance and Rules.. The contract commences 1st April 2026 and expires 31st March 2029 with an option to extend up to two further years until 31 March 2031. The aggregate contract value (including extensions if enacted) for the proposed contract awarded is PS158,580 inc VAT. The total aggregate value of the contracts awarded to date to this Provider is PS371,439, broken down into subsequent call-off 23/2/23 - 30/6/25 (1Y+1Y term) PS163,296k, 01/7/25 - 31/3/26 (6M+3M term) PS49,563k and this new award from 01/04/2026 - 31/03/2031 (3Y+2Y term) PS158,580. This Contract Award Notice is being published in accordance with the requirements for sub-central contracting authorities, NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts where the contract value is at least PS30,000 inclusive of VAT in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, which govern the Framework Agreement his Call-Off Contract is associated with.
