Customer Printer Interface for Libraries

Notice Description

Norfolk County Council is seeking to purchase a customer print interface for its Public Libraries. The printers will be supplied by Canon and the library print solution must work with these devices. We have recently awarded a new contract to Canon and we anticipate that any deployment of new devices will not start until June and will run for 3 months. However, that could change, therefore exact implementation dates cannot be provided at this stage, and we expect the winning bidder to work in conjunction with this roll-out following award. Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system. To participate in this procurement, applicants must first be registered on the system at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc. Full instructions for registration and use of the system can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc/aspx/BuyerProfiles. Once registered you will be able to see the procurement project under the 'tenders' section and 'express an interest' to view the documentation.
