North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) working NHS Darlington CCG, NHS Durham Dales, Easington & Sedgefield CCG, NHS Hartlepool and Stockton-On-Tees CCG, NHS North Durham CCG and NHS South Tees CCG (Clinical Commissioning Groups) are conducting a Request For Information (RFI) exercise to engage with the market and obtain input on the draft service model in respect of Direct Access to Adult- Age Related Hearing Loss Service. To register an interest in responding to this market engagement exercise and obtain a copy of the Request for Information documentation please go to the PROACTIS portal: https://www.proactisplaza.com/SupplierPortal/?CID=NECS (NECS343). Please note that the deadline for RFI responses is 12 noon on Thursday 01 August 2019. A market engagement listening event which will take the form of individual 1-1 type appointments only on a 30 min basis to allow interested parties the time to share their views on the model that has been arranged as follows: Monday 05th August and Tuesday 06th August 2019 (Attendance for either the 5th August or 06 August ) Additional information: PROACTIS portal only.
