Oldham Council wish to appoint a Supplier to project manage the branding and narrative for Oldham Town Centre, including the marketing and naming strategy for Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre. This opportunity has been advertised on the Proactis Portal "the Chest" (www.the-chest.org.uk) and all the information and documentation can be found here once an expression of interest has been made.
