Notice Description

De Montfort University (DMU) invites bids from suitably qualified consultants to create an Economic Impact Report that details the impact the university has on the city of Leicester, the region, nationally and internationally. DMU's detailed requirements are defined within the Specification. DMU plays a vital educational, cultural and financial role in Leicester. Its impact reaches further, to the East Midlands region, nationally and, through partnerships and DMUglobal, internationally. Equally, its impacts are felt across a range of sectors, from health care and the NHS, the creative economy, technology, transport and the energy sectors, to local and regional businesses. However, the precise value of these impacts is difficult to measure and as yet unknown. It is expected that the assignment duration will commence following contract award on the 4th June with a firm completion date for the strategy of the 4th September.
