Notice Description

EQUANS on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Heritage Restoration and Conservation Works to the structure and fabric elements of the existing Grade 2 Listed Former Scartho Cemetery Gate Keepers Lodge and Cemetery Waiting Rooms. This is the first phase of Works to restore the buildings into a sound condition, prior to bringing the buildings back into a new use.
