Notice Description

The overall aim of the service is to implement Nottingham City's multi-agency pathway to support children and young people with behavioural emotional, or mental health needs, and their parents/carers. The pathway aims to facilitate early intervention approaches; information gathering, appropriate and timely multi-disciplinary specialist assessment of ASD and ADHD and mental health disorders, pre and post diagnostic support for ASD and ADHD and transition to adulthood and/or adult services. Support children, young people and their parents/carers when they are referred for challenging behaviour. It coordinates involvement between different agencies and promotes partnership working with parents/carers and the children and young people. Giving the children/young person and parents/carers skills to manage behaviours to ensure good outcomes. The pathway will be delivered within an integrated system and supported by integrated strategies, policies and procedures. Additional information: This is a 3 Year Contract with the Option to extend for up to an additional 2 years. To express your interest please follow the instruction below.
