RMBC-CT-Redevelopment of 1-4 Farm Close
Notice Description
Runnymede Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest for works which are situated on land formerly occupied by Nos. 1 - 4 Farm Close, Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey TW18 3ER. The site comprised of 4Nr. flood damaged bungalows which have been subsequently demolished under a separate enabling works contract. This is a two stage procurement process and candidates are required to complete and submit the PQQ by the closing date of 7 February 2018 at midday, after which selected bidders will be invited to submit a tender. Please do not submit any tenders at this stage. The works will comprise the design and construction of a flatted development consisting of 4Nr. One Bedroom Apartments for General Rent together with associated hard and soft landscaping, parking and mains services. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
