Notice Description
The works comprise of: *The replacement of flat entrance doors with 30 minute certified doorsets. *The replacement of communal doors and screens with 60 minute certified doorsets. *The replacement of refuse chute doors, store doors and drying room doors with 60 minute certified doorsets (doors to be fitted with GERDA suited locks) *Replacement of vents to communal ducting with fire shutters. *Fire stopping above ceiling void and overboarding of ceiling. *Construction of fire rated cupboards to electrical intake points (3no) *Redecoration of communal areas to class O *Localised flooring repairs *Installation of a Premises Information Box Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.
