Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) Training Development Programme - development and delivery of a targeted support and development programme for those leading and developing INTs The development programme will: * Develop strategies and plans for INT working that are genuinely innovative, challenge deep seated assumptions and avoid the difficulties of the past. * Create a deep understanding of integration and why integration is so deeply challenging. * Forge collective ambition and understanding of INT working that goes beyond co-location, MDT meets and basic coordination of existing roles. * Create clarity of purpose that can mobilise and engage others. * Provide opportunities to learn from and develop plans with others based on evidence and practical application.
