Property insurance, to cover: - fire, - lightning, - thunderbolt, - explosion, - aircraft, - earthquake, - subterranean fire, - smoke damage, - riot, civil commotion, - malicious persons, - storm, - flood, - freezing water in fixed water or fixed heating systems, - water escaping from washing machines, dishwashers, fixed water or fixed heating systems, - oil escaping from a fixed heating system, - theft or attempted theft, - falling aerials or satellite receiving equipment, solar panels, wind turbines and security equipment, their fittings or masts, - accidental breakage of glass in doors or windows, ceramic hobs, sanitary ware and solar heating panels fixed to and forming part of the building, - accidental damage to drains, pipes, cables and underground tanks used to provide services to or from the buildings, - falling trees or branches, telegraph poles, pylons or lamp-posts, - impact, - subsidence or ground heave or landslip, - accidental damage, - terrorism.
