Works to the Grosvenor sheltered housing unit boiler house is required because the heating to the building (all dwellings) is served by 3 No open flued floor standing Hamworthy Classic Auto 60 gas fired boilers, each boilers is rated at 60kW output max. The boilers are now approximately 30 + years-old and have become obsolete.
