Wyre Forest District Council wishes to appoint a Contractor to undertake a strategic review of the amount and location of publicly available car parking within Kidderminster Town Centre and including the wider town centre geography to meet current and future demand, so that the Council can properly plan for the car parking needs of the town as it continues to develop. The study area boundary is shown on the plan appended to the tender brief. The deadline for submissions to Procontract Due North is 2pm, Friday 16th March 2018.
