Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: II.2.4 Instead of: The lot category will cover Education and Leisure projects in the following sub categories: PS1-PS5m GBP (split into central, north, east, south and west London), PS5-PS10m GBP (pan London) PS10-PS20m GBP (pan London) and over PS20m GBP (pan London). The works and services will comprise of all types of building construction works and associated mechanical, electrical and services works and may include design and other services as required for a develop and construct/refurbishment /turnkey or design and build works project. Read: The lot category will cover Housing and Residential projects in the following sub categories: PS1-PS5m GBP (split into central, north, east, south and west London), PS5-PS10m GBP (pan London) PS10-PS20m GBP (pan London) and over PS20m GBP (pan London). The works and services will comprise of all types of building construction works and associated mechanical, electrical and services works and may include design and other services as required for a develop and construct/refurbishment /turnkey or design and build works project. Other additional information: The purpose of the PIN is to inform the market of the upcoming tendering exercise If you are interested in participating you should follow the steps below. LCP is using the Delta e-sourcing to run the market engagement exercise. Haringey Council as the Contracting Authority is planning to put in place a new Major Works Framework for the delivery of housing, education & leisure, capital projects, historical & heritage and highway & public realm projects to be utilised by members of the London Construction Programme (LCP).The new framework will replace the existing arrangement which expires in May 2019.
