NOTE: This notice was updated on 13 July 2021 for the following reason: Access code for access to tender included.(Surrey Heath Borough Council (SHBC) invites tenders for the refurbishment of 151 Gordon Avenue. To include all requirements as listed in the attached Specification and Schedule of Works for House Renovation.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
