Modification Notice Original description: Provide passenger lift maintenance and associated works for a 5 year period Description of the modifications Lift maintenance and associated works - short extension to contract which will also allow a full review of our specification prior to going back out to the market later in the year. Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances: Members of the procurement team have been responsible for purchasing PPE and recovery plan materials to allow area offices and depots to re-open and continue to ensure any repairs and maintenance to any group properties can be completed in a safe working manner to both the tenant and member of staff
