Notice Title

FutureNHS Platform User Research for Public Beta

Notice Description

Having user research expertise is absolutely essential to FutureNHS, because it will allow us to create an accessible and user-friendly service which will confidently pass the Beta service assessment and enter public beta phase. We'll then be able to speed up the migration process and provide the best support to our users based on research findings (both quantitative and qualitative). We'll also be able to keep collecting feedback from our users to provide enhancements that make collaboration as easy as possible so that duplication is avoided and best practice is shared across teams, professions, regions, and organisations. The most efficient option would be to outsource the User research resource, so that we can confidently achieve all the goals mentioned below: - migration from kahootz to the new version of the FutureNHS platform, - prepare and pass successfully the beta service assessment in order to adhere to the NHS service manual standards. - ongoing developments & improvements to the FutureNHS collaboration platform.
