FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF DAMP PROOFING, TIMBER TREATMENTS, WALL STABILISATION AND MINOR STRUCTURAL WORKS
Notice Description
South Tyneside Homes wish to establish a framework agreement for damp proofing, timber treatments, wall stabilisation and minor structural works on their portfolio of domestic dwellings, sheltered accommodation and public buildings. The works will be on an as and when required basis and will include but not be limited to damp proofing works, wall stabilisation, woodworm, wet / dry rot and surveys, reports, plans and professional advice relating to all works covered by the framework agreement. The framework will be divided into three lots as follows. Lot 1 - Damp proofing, timber treatments, wall stabilisation and minor structural surveys and works on domestic empty homes or tenanted properties - 1 to 5 properties per week. Lot 2 - Damp proofing, timber treatments, wall stabilisation and minor structural surveys and works on domestic empty homes or tenanted properties - more than 5 properties per week. Lot 3 - Damp proofing, timber treatments, wall stabilisation and minor structural surveys and works on commercial properties i.e. council buildings, schools etc. It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers appointed to each lot dependent on number and quality of bids received. Tenders may bid for one or more lots.
