This contract is to engage and appoint a Contractor for the Design Supply and Installation of Smart Heating Controls Durham County Council and Durham University Energy Institute have applied for funding from The European Regional Development Fund to fund the delivery of a solid wall insulation (SWI) innovation project in domestic properties in fuel poor communities across Durham. Durham County Council Durham and Durham University Energy Institute are looking into a potential tender exercise to put in place a Contractor for the Design Supply and Installation of Smart Heating Controls Funding The Council is currently in the process of submitting an ERDF (European Regional Development Funds) application for the funding to enable delivery of this Project.
