Notice Description

This Recommendation Report also seeks your approval for a variation to the Contract, which includes an uplift in Contract Value. The MoD Financial approval for the original Contract was PS750,000.00 (ex VAT), however approval was only given until the end of 2019 financial year (31 March 2020). The Deloitte Contract value for 19 October 2019 to 31 March 2020 was PS610,000.00 (ex VAT). As the extension is in the new financial year, the MoD are unable to spend the outstanding PS139,650.00 (ex VAT) of the original Contract and so a variation with financial approval of PS140,000.00.
