Notice Description

This project was commissioned in order to allow the BMX track at Old Dagenham Park to be returned to its current designation as a sports facility for cyclists of all ages and to mitigate any potential environmental impact associated with the presence of asbestos. The project is for Remediation works including: *Site set up - creation of 'clean' and 'dirty' areas to prevent the movement of impacted soils off site *Asbestos air monitoring during remediation *Re-profiling of earth embankments/construction of gabion baskets *Construction of clean cover system as per specification provided in Remediation Method Statement *Importation of clean topsoil (certified free from contamination) The deadline for Tender Submissions is 2pm Friday 3rd February 2017.
