Notice Description
Cornwall Workspace Capacity Programme (CWCP) includes 4 independent workspace projects spread across Cornwall in towns or key corridors (A30/A38) where workspace demand has been identified. This contract is awarded under Cornwall Council's existing framework to provide project controls services for the 4 building projects, including overseeing their design and construction: - Cornwall Food & Drink Hub (CF & DH), - Liskeard Cattle Market, - Hayle Marine Renewable Business Park Ph2 (HMRBP Ph2), - Pool Innovation Centre 2 (PIC 2).
