These will cover a number of key topics that will support business to make changes to their processes and operations, ultimately to support that will make a step change for their business. This could include, but is not limited to; * E-commerce * Online productivity * Digital marketing * Cybersecurity * Selecting the right 'kit' for business purposes * Managing payments and accounts This will also be complemented with 121 support - of up to 2 hours, to support businesses with any specific requirements they have in relation to digital capability or the skills of their workforce.
