Small amount of Flat roof (70m^"2) removal and replacement works to Langley TA25 specification. Internal decorations including timber repairs, replacement ceiling grid & tiles with redecoration throughout multiple locations. Includes all access, prelims, asbestos, JCT intermediate contract.
