This tender exercise is for the establishment of a Framework Agreement for the provision of a hire of vehicles service to East Riding of Yorkshire Council (the Council). The Framework Agreement will be awarded in Lots as follows: * Lot 1: Cars * Lot 2: 4 x 4's * Lot 3: Minibuses and Dual Purpose Welfare Vehicles * Lot 4: Vans * Lot 5: Pick-up Trucks * Lot 6: Tippers 3.5t * Lot 10: Sweepers 3.5t * Lot 12: Gully Cleanser * Lot 13: Highways and Traffic Management Vehicles * Lot 14: Refuse Vehicles
