The Delivery Communications and Political Governance division are seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver learning events around having confident conversations. The delivery will be aimed at leaders of all levels and have the following objectives: * understand the core skills needed to conduct great conversations, based on the 3 steps to Assertiveness model; * understand the impact of your own emotions and how to stay in control; * understand how to respond to the emotions of others; * recognise the importance of constructive feedback; * be able to demonstrate competence in conducting a range of conversations; * understand the importance, and impact of, choosing the right medium for conducting a conversation.
