Portsmouth City Council (the Authority) is inviting quotations from suitably qualified suppliers to implement a new Adult Social Care system (SystemOne / ContrOCC) interface to import Payables and Receivables invoices to our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The purpose of the import to EBS is to make supplier payments and collect customer debt based on the relevant interfaced invoices.
