Removal of the existing heating plant within boiler room, with the installation of new gas fired boilers, flue systems, heating pumps, pressurisation unit, hot water generator, automatic controls and all associated pipework, valves, electrical work, and builder's work. Installation of a Kirklees owned shipping container, housing a temporary mobile boiler plant will also be required. The contractor will be responsible for transporting the unit to and from site.
