Hamilton Square Conservation Area, hereafter HSCA, is a distinct urban area containing 63 listed buildings, which is currently on the Historic England Heritage at Risk Register. The proposals are to produce a heritage focused Regeneration Plan for HSCA, in partnership with Historic England.
