Notice Title
Match-funded EDI Projects in FE Providers
Notice Description
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has awarded 5 contracts for match-funded projects that explore and address specific Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) issues in FE providers. This new area of activity for ETF, along with other programmes and initiatives, aims to support a pipeline of managers and leaders in FE that represent the diversity of learners in the sector. Learning from these projects will be disseminated to the wider sector and inform ETF's future diversity activity, including a pilot activity this year, in which senior leaders and governors are brought together to develop an organisational diversity strategy.
