Sheffield Hallam University is inviting tenders to carry out an individual and separate Summative Assessment of each of our portfolio of three currently contracted ESIF projects: *The Sheffield Innovation Programme (SIP) jointly delivered with University of Sheffield, is a regional initiative which aims to stimulate business growth and promote the development of long-term relationships with SMEs by providing access to a broad range of academic expertise and university facilities. The support is in the form of bespoke research and innovation based consultancy, workshops and other events. The ESIF value for the period 1 August 2016 to 31 July 2019 is PS1,779k. The total project revenue value is circa PS3.07m. For more information, please go to http://sip.ac.uk/ *The Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre Emerging Technologies Hub (AWRC) will act as the research hub for the National Centre for Sports and Exercise Medicine in Sheffield, a 2012 Olympic Legacy project which co-locates clinical services and physical activity facilities to help people with a medical need to exercise more easily. International recognition for the National Centre is demonstrated by its designation by the International Olympic Committee as a Research Centre for Prevention of Injury and Protection of Athlete Health - one of just nine around the world. Completion is scheduled for autumn 2019. ESIF have provided PS900k, total project capital value circa PS14m. NCEFE is working with businesses across the sector to deliver creative solutions to industry challenges through leading expertise and cutting edge facilities and equipment. Due for completion autumn 2019, the ESIF Value is PS2.78m. Project capital value circa PS10m.
