Notice Information
Notice Title
Extension of NHS Patient Survey Programme Approved Contractor Framework
Notice Description
CQC collects, analyses and uses a range of intelligence that can inform us about people's experiences of care. Part of that information currently comes from people who have recently used specific NHS services and are asked about their experiences as part of NHS Patient survey Programme delivered by CQC. Additional information: The attached link is the OJEU notice which covers the award of this framework under Lot 3. Inadvertently the award for Lot 3 was not included in the Contracts Finder award notices for NHS Patient Survey Programme. The original OJEU notice only included Picker Institute Europe as being party to the award where this should have also included Quality Health Limited, Patient Perspective Ltd and BMG Research Ltd. This has now been corrected with a modification notice on TED. While a 12 month extension of the framework is now being exercised, BMG Research have taken the decision not to take up the offer of this extension.
