Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: Place of performance Instead of: UKE North and North East Lincolnshire, UKF3 Lincolnshire, UKE1 East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire, UKF30 Lincolnshire Read: Places of performance to also include: South Yorkshire, Bassetlaw, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The Contractors (Contract Services) Framework is to include a repair and maintenance function, minor construction works, works relating to offices and private/public building and housing as well as essential adaptations where necessary to give disabled people better freedom of movement into and around their homes and to give access to essential facilities within the home. It is our intention that providers will be invited to bid for as many or few lots as they are able to deliver: Lot 1Damp and Mould Survey and Inspection Lot 2Joinery Lot 3Damp, Mould & Ventilation Works Lot 4Carpets & Floor Coverings Lot 5TV & Aerial Repair & Maintenance Work Lot 6Painting & Decorating Lot 7Masonry (Brickworks) Lot 8Plastering & External Rendering Lot 9Electricals Lot 10Windows, Doors and Glazing Lot 11General Home Maintenance & Refurbishment Lot 12Flat Roof and Balcony Renewals
