GB-London: Sustainability Action Engagement Programme
Notice Description
We are seeking a provider to deliver and provide the Heritage Fund support in developing, delivering and evaluating a sustainability engagement programme for the organisation that drives colleague engagement and culture change through actions. Further details are in Schedule 2 - specification. The Contract start date will be 1st October 2024 and will be for a duration of three (3) years with the option to extend for a further one (1) year period at the discretion of the Heritage Fund. The winning bidder will be required to work with the Head of Environmental Sustainability and attend regular contract meetings as and when necessary to ensure the contract objectives are delivered. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The date and time provided at item 10 Deadline for Expressions of Interest - is the date and time for the receipt of Tenders. All clarification questions and tender returns must be submitted through the Delta E- tendering Portal. Responses to clarification questions will be issued in batches and sent through the Delta portal and bidders should ensure that they check in regularly for these. Item 9 - Estimated value of requirement please note that the Heritage Fund has a maximum budget and this is detailed in the ITT
