Notice Description

UCL is planning to purchase the services of a provider who can coordinate the EDUCATE programme of support across all 246 cohort participants. The provider will ensure that all EDUCATE cohort participants are aware of all EDUCATE activities and that the EDUCATE team are aware of all relevant participant activities and co-ordinates with Public Liaison and Events Coordinator. The provider will also ensure that external messaging regarding cohort participants is accurate, in conjunction with Public Liaison and that all participants are aware of and invited to all relevant events where i) EDUCATE program could recruit participants for future cohorts and ii) where participants could benefit from key networks. The provider will offer business development professional advice and mentorship to EDUCATE participants and offer advice as appropriate for those wishing to recruit and develop commercial teams, create fruitful revenue streams, and engage with the UK education media. It is planned that the provider for this stream of work will be appointed for 117 weeks from 4 September 2017 to 29 November 2019 on a three days per week basis. The budget for this work is PS125,000 exclusive of VAT but inclusive of any and all expenses incurred. Your Tender should demonstrate how this can be spent most efficiently.
