It is intended that those surveyed will be senior staff involved in recruitment and/or training within their organisation. There are three components to the activity - two surveys, and reporting. 1. longitudinal telephone survey of employers 2. in depth follow-up discussions with individuals included in the initial telephone survey who give either very positive or negative responses 3.
