Notice Description

The Southampton City Council manages estate of 15,000 tenant properties as well as council land and buildings. The current system that enables the Council to manage both domestic and corporate assets requires an upgrade to the most current versions of the software as well as additional functionality. We are seeking to appoint a consultant to manage successful delivery of Keystone (Asset Management Database - Domestic) and Technology Forge (Asset Management Database - Corporate) including co-ordination of the activities related to the delivery. Ensuring activities are planned and executed effectively to achieve milestones and deliverables within agreed budget and resource agreements.
