Notice Description

The Future Cities Catapult has a requirement to procure professional expertise to help develop new legal, financial and governance policy tools and instruments required to support market creation in cities for use cases enabled by the deployment of new connectivity infrastructure (e.g. LPWAN, 5G) and data and other digital technologies. Through this procurement, we are seeking consultancy services for the following activities: * Co-development of a new set of legal, financial tools and policy instruments as part of the expert panel process. * The Supplier is to inform the process with examples of best practices to assist in the formulation of new tools and instruments and ensure lessons are learned. * Utilise networks for the research and to provide evidence to address issues and risks that emerge through the expert panel process. * Respond to proposals for new tools and instruments and provide plans for their implementation. * Provide advocacy for the process and support promoting the outputs of the panel to stakeholder groups and in policy and investor forums. * Participate in industry engagement and validation events as required.
