Notice Description
An e-learning authoring and a systems emulation creation tool to enable HMRC Business Learning Design Teams create e-learning solutions. The requirement is for two tools within the one tool. This combination would be the preferred option unless it is proven to be beneficial to have two separate tools. As prescribed above the requirement is for two tools:- * e-learning authoring. * System simulation/emulation.
