The services described in this specification relate to the following: o Schedule of Service 1 - Maintenance and Condition Surveys comprising ? Condition and Roofing Surveys ? DDA Audit Surveys (BV156 Compliant) ? Glazing Surveys o Schedule of Service 2 - Surveying and Engineering Projects ? Surveying and Architectural Services Pre and Post Contract Work ? Principle Designer under CDM Regulations ? Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design The majority of the contract spend will be through Service 1. It is envisaged that Service 2 will be used on an ad hoc basis.
