Construction Works Framework 2023
Notice Description
The University of Manchester wishes to appoint a number of contractors to undertake various types of construction works at the University to include but not limited to; demolition, new build, refurbishment, decoration and landscaping/external works. Works on the Construction Works Framework will let under four lots of ranging values from PS1 up to PS20,000,000. In order to appoint a suitable supplier for this purchase we are undertaking a competitive tender under The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 No. 102) using the Restricted Procedure. This is a two stage process. Interested parties should register on the University's tendering portal and express an interest in the tender in order to view the tender documents and submit an application: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/manchesteruniversity/aspx/Home
