Retrofit and Renewable Dynamic Purchasing System Market Engagement
Notice Description
Essex County Council (ECC) is intending to set up a brand new dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to support ECC, schools and anchor partners with procuring retro-fit works for non-domestic buildings. Following engagement held in 2023 with the suppliers and potential users of the DPS, the scope has been refined to two lots. These are proposed to be: LOT 1 - LED Installation LOT 2 - Solar PV Installation The DPS is proposed to have a value under Procurement threshold for Works contracts. The council intends to utilise PPN 11/20 to reserve the opportunity for Essex based suppliers. ECC would like to update its market information from the previous round of market engagement. If you would like to contribute to the market engagement, please complete the survey (https://forms.office.com/e/vG4WXbmgc9). The closing date for the survey is 25th April 2024.
