To undertake Trafford Civic Quarter Detailed Project Development that will provide greater certainty over the viability and risks associated to the project. The scope is to undertake all work that is required to secure approval to proceed with the development of a heat network. The LEA Local energy framework Lot 4 was used and a mini-competition was undertaken.
