Notice Description

Somerset NHS Foundation Trust are looking to relocate their Talking Therapies Team into a more central accessible location. A lease has been taken out for what use to be the EDF unit in Angel Place shopping Centre. The project is to refit the unit to provide consulting rooms, office and meeting space and staff facilities. The supplier will carry out the refurbishment/construction of the unit identified in the specification at Angel Place, Bridgwater, to create a Talking Therapies unit for the client. This will consist of Reception and Office Space, Waiting Area, Therapy Consulting Rooms, New Accessible WC, Meeting Space, Office Area, Refurbished Kitchen and Refurbished Staff WC's. Architectural and M and E drawings have been provided along with a copy of the asbestos survey, acoustic survey and M and E validation survey.
