The Worksop production kitchen needs a Modular Freezer Building on site to provide a space to store meals produced and include a blast freezer as part of the production process. The current units are rented, dated and inefficient. As part of this contract, CEF require a Call Out, Repairs and Support package for a 5 year period from delivery of the modular building. The project will support and protect the provision of the 35,000 meals per day cooked in Nottinghamshire schools using local sustainably sourced produce.
