Manchester City Council (MCC) seeks a Social Enterprise Company (SEC) that has a track record in creating, stimulating, and developing events within the creative and digital sector, and is an employer that can demonstrate they have recruited, trained and up-skilled their employees. The SEC will provide staff for a variety of functions which will be detailed within the specification on behalf of NewCo/MCC at the following sites: * The Sharp Project, * The Space Project & * One Central Park Additional information: The tender documentation is accessible at www.the-chest.org.uk Interested parties are required to download, complete and re-upload the documents, together with any other documents requested in the tender documents, by 19.00 on 21 October 2015. Tenderers who have any queries are expected to use the Question and Answer facility on The Chest, to request any further information required.
