Notice Description

Consultancy support to assist Aldwyck Housing Group establish a single Customer Services Centre (CSC). The project will have two stages. The first stage will involve undertaking a comprehensive review of our current contact centres and, within six weeks, produce a detailed report with recommendations for the future structure for the single CSC. The second phase of the project will outline the actions required, and timescales, to implement the agreed structure. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
