Trinity Place - Plant room refurbishment Location: 10 Trinity Place, Reading RG1 7NH Description The works shall include: * Installation of a plate heat exchanger. * Replace two number Ideal Concord boilers. * Insulation to new and disturbed heating pipe work. * Alteration to TREND BMS control system. * Installation of pipe work coverings. * All associated making good / builder's works. * Site demonstration of new plant and controls.
